At Horiyah Care, we prioritize hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, we follow a strict return, refund, and exchange policy, which is outlined below.

 Shipping & Delivery Information 

Shipping details, delivery timelines, and applicable charges are clearly shared at the time of order confirmation. Once your order is delivered, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp message or email.

 Important Notice – Unboxing Video Required 

To ensure transparency and protect both the customer and our brand, we strictly require an unboxing video at the time of receiving your parcel.

 Please note: 
Any return, exchange, or complaint will not be accepted without a clear unboxing video, recorded from the moment the package is opened.

How to Receive Your Parcel

We carefully seal all orders at our warehouse before dispatch. Upon receiving your parcel, please follow these steps:

1.⁠ ⁠Inspect the outer packaging for damage or tampering before accepting delivery.
•  If the parcel is severely damaged, do not accept it.

2.⁠ ⁠Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

3.⁠ ⁠If you notice any missing, damaged, or incorrect item, contact our customer support on

Refund, Exchange & Return Policy

An exchange may be considered within 7 days of delivery only if:

•⁠  ⁠The product was damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery

•⁠  ⁠The received item differs from the original order

•⁠  ⁠Any product or original packaging is missing

Time Conditions:

•⁠  ⁠The buyer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package

•⁠  ⁠All claims must be reported within 3 days of the original order date

Claims submitted after the allowed time or without proper evidence will not be processed.

Claim Review & Resolution

Each claim is reviewed individually by the Horiyah Care team. If the claim is approved:

•⁠  ⁠A replacement product of equal value (as per invoice) will be provided

•⁠  ⁠No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances

Exchange Shipping Costs:

All return and reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

•⁠  ⁠Discounted, promotional, or sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable

•⁠  ⁠Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for exchange

Order Cancellation Policy

•⁠  ⁠Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped

•⁠  ⁠Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
